This public service announcement was produced by The Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR), which was co-founded in 1969 by the Church of Scientology and Dr. Thomas Szasz, Professor of Psychiatry Emeritus at the State University of New York Upstate Medical University in Syracuse.
